Digital-based organizational transformation is changing work patterns and increasing the demands of employee adaptation, so that workload and digital work environment are important factors in productivity. This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and digital work environment on employee productivity. The study uses an explanatory quantitative approach with a survey of 120 employees in organizations undergoing digital transformation. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that workload had a significant negative effect on productivity, while the digital work environment had a significant positive effect on productivity. These findings affirm the importance of workload management and the development of a digital work environment that supports increased productivity during the organizational transformation process.
