Digital uncertainty encourages organizations to strengthen integrated governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) capabilities to support high-quality strategic decision-making. This study aims to analyze the role of integrated GRC capabilities in strengthening strategic decision quality within the banking and digital financial services sectors. The research employs a qualitative case study approach through in-depth interviews with 12 informants selected using purposive sampling and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicate that integrated GRC capabilities enhance strategic decision-making through improved risk management, regulatory compliance, and the quality of managerial information. This study contributes to the development of digital management and adaptive organizational governance practices.
