Abstract

Employee voice is essential for organizational improvement, yet employees may hesitate to express opinions due to limited psychological safety and exclusionary workplace practices. This study aims to examine the relationships between inclusive human resource management practices, psychological safety, and employee voice among private-sector employees in West Jakarta, Indonesia. A quantitative explanatory design is proposed, involving 150 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data will be collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS. The analysis will assess whether inclusive HRM practices and psychological safety significantly predict employee voice. The study is expected to provide empirical insights into inclusive workforce management and inform organizational strategies that encourage open communication, employee participation, and psychologically supportive workplaces.
