Household waste management in the Santo Aloysius Gonzaga Community faces limited transparency, citizen participation, economic utilization of recyclable waste, and integration of ecological faith values. This study examines the effects of social accounting and ecological faith awareness on transparency and citizen participation and develops a community-based reporting model. A convergent parallel mixed-methods design involved 50 respondents and eight key informants. Quantitative data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, while qualitative data underwent thematic analysis. Social accounting significantly affected transparency (B = 0.646; p < 0.001) and participation (B = 0.453; p = 0.002), while ecological faith awareness also showed significant effects. The findings support an integrated social accounting model combining transparency, participation, ecological responsibility, and Laudato Si’-based values.
