The Influence of the Physical Work Environment and Work Motivation on Teacher Work Productivity at SMP PGRI 1 Cimahi

The purpose of this research is to discover how instructors at SMP PGRI 1 Cimahi feel about their physical work environment and how motivated they are to do their jobs well. It will also look at how the principal feels about teachers' productivity on the job and how those two factors interact with each other. A quantitative strategy based on descriptive and verificative research was used in this study. A total of 32 educators made up the population, and a saturation sampling method was used to pick the sample. Observations, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires were used to gather data. The findings show that instructors have a high level of motivation for their profession and that they see their physical work environment as pleasant. Productivity in the classroom is likewise high. Results from testing the hypothesis reveal that instructors' productivity is positively and significantly impacted by their physical work environment. Similarly, staff morale significantly impacts how much time and effort educators put into their jobs. In addition, the physical work environment and work motivation both affect instructors' productivity at SMP PGRI 1 Cimahi in a favourable and substantial way. Results like these show that enhancing physical working conditions and motivating instructors may boost productivity on the job and help schools reach their objectives.
