his study examines the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust in digital technology on continuance intention to use QRIS, with user satisfaction as an intervening variable among Generation Z. Data collected from 350 respondents aged 17–28 who had used QRIS twice in the past three months, analyzed using AMOS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust have a positive effect on user satisfaction. Perceived usefulness, trust, and user satisfaction influence continuance intention, while perceived ease of use has no significant effect. User satisfaction mediates the effects of usefulness and trust, but does not mediate the effect of ease of use. The findings suggest that digital payment providers should strengthen system security and perceived usability to maintain QRIS usage.
